Orders
Derrico's Kloset adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for store credit.
Shipping
We will only sell in the USA, Mexico, and Canada.
We choose USPS, UPS, DHL and other shipping carriers worldwide.Shipments will be free by UPS as standard.
Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfillment centers within 3 to 5 days.
Our average shipping time is 3 to 5 days business days depending on your location. We do not ship on Weekends.
Delivery
We will send you the tracking number after your purchase within 1-3 business days. Please visit this link below to track your order.
It depends on the products you ordered. Since we operate multiple fulfillment centers, sometimes your items may come with different packages.
Returns
You are fully covered and protected by our 14 day return policy.
If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 14 days of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement.
